"tid" means "Three times a day". There isn't a specific time you should take them, but most people would probably do so when they get up, sometime in the middle of the day, and just before they go to bed.

How would you monitor someone taking medication for hypertension?

Hypertension is essentially high-blood-pressure. (HBP) The best way to monitor is to test their blood pressure about an hour after taking their medication and then later on during the day to make sure it is in normal range. It can be too low after taking their medication or too high if the medication isn't working right. People whose blood pressure is too high appear to be red in the face and neck region usually. Taking the right medications and eating a diet recommended by their doctor is the best way to control HBP.

If you are taking Adderall for ADHD or narcolepsy, when you first start taking it, you may start to feel its effects in about an hour. However, as you keep taking it, your brain will develop a tolerance to it which will cause its effect to continued to be delayed. If you are on it long enough, it may take 3 to 4 hours before it becomes effective and, indeed, it may not become effective for you at all until the second dose kicks in.

Can you take aloe vera juice while taking thyroid medication?

Thyroid supplementation is designed to be taken alone. Labels instruct users to take their medicine one hour before or two hours after eating or drinking anything. It should be taken with 8 ozs of water only. Taking anything or eating or drinking anything with thyroid supplementation will alter its absorption creating inconsistent blood levels.
