The Iberian Lynx live in Europe. Found solely in Iberian peninsula in Spain, the wild cat is likely to be the first to go extinct among feline species.

It is larger than a bobcat but smaller than a Siberian Lynx.
The Iberian Lynx is the most Endangered feline in the world, there are only 150 remaining in the wild.
They have a spotted coat and fur that goes down the side of their face, they are hunted for their thick fur and for their prized meat. They started dying out in the 1920's because of a deseise then they were getting hunted by man, they also died because they had got caught in a snare set for rabbits or accidentally shot because it was mistaken for another animal.
