The Magical Seeds aren't numbered so I'll list them all. One Bub-ulb is found in a hidden area on Mt. Rugged. The area is accessed by using a slide that launches Mario into the air. One Bub-ulb is just South of Toad Town Plaza, but only after you beat Chapter 5. Another is in the center wooded place of one of the areas in Forever Forest. Finally, there is a chest that lands in the jungle on Lavalava Island at the end of chapter 5. It contains an ancient piece of pottery which can be traded to Kolorado for the Magical Seed he got from the bub-ulb.

∙ 12y agoyellow seed: you get it in chapter 5 first find the vase and give it to koopa kolorado in Yoshi village. red seed: in toad town very near the door what can bring you to flower fields. blue seed: in somewhere in forest. purple seed: somewhere in mt.rugged.
