The Fuses and relays are located on the drivers side right of the steering wheel in between the handle for the hood latch and e brake latch. there is panel you have to pull out. after the panel is pulled out there will be a black cover which you two pull out as well and the fuses and relays are locted there no tools needed to get to the fuse box and relay box.
The 1998 Lincoln Navigator trailer turn signal fuse will be in the fuse box. The trailer turn signal fuse will be one of the auxiliary fuses at the bottom of the second column.
They should just pull straight out.
On a 2006 Lincoln Navigator : The fuse panel and the power distribution box are combined together ( they are located in the front passenger footwell behind the kick panel ) * the kick panel swings out to gain access to the fuses
Make sure the fuses are good. A test light may be needed to check the light circuits for power to see where there is a power loss.
Could be one of two things: 1. Check your tail light fuse and your brake switch fuse; 2. If your fuses are good it's probably your brake lamp switch located behind your brake pedal.
