The assassins tombs will appear as markers in your map (if you hit the back button there is a map of the whole city). just put the crosshair over an odd looking marker and it should say "assassin tomb".

∙ 12y agoAssassin tombs are unlocked as you progress in the game, but I believe you unlock all the tombs by Sequence 6. Tombs are marked on your map with a black assassin insignia. Keep in mind that you should complete the tombs as you find them as you'll need the Armour of Altair (what they unlock) for later missions.
