cats back legs are attached to the skeleton of the cat, like human legs. cats front legs are NOT attached skeletally, only by ligament and muscle. cats are unique in this respect, giving them more flexibility. technically, a cats front leg cannot be "dislocated" as it was never attached to begin with. cats are unique animals that make excellent pets. they are better than dogs and much cleaner too! they are independent though. cats have not been domesticated as long as dogs. this is why. if you have a cat or are thinking about getting one it is necessary to make sure cats have water and good food daily. do not be cheap with your choice of catfood. a cats kidneys are very efficient and a cat can actually rehydrate if necessary by drinking salt water. no cats can taste sweets due to a genetic change in their early desert dwelling ancestors. if you have a cat and it is sick, take it to the vet. do not try to fix it at home. cats run hot, with a normal body temperature of about 102 degrees.
