To get a Royal Signet 40 User's Manual, call 1-(800) 222-2310. The phone may ring about 15 times, but be patient. Follow the automated phone answering directions (2 clicks) to get to a live "Spare Parts" person who will take an order for the User's Manual. There is a nominal charge (about $10 as of May 2009) for ordering a printed copy of the manual so you'll need a credit card. You'll get an order tracking number and the manual is shipped first class (arrives in about 3 days). (The manual itself seems not to be available on the www.royal.com webpage but that's where I found this phone number and used it).
