Not quite OC, but Canters Fairfax in Los Angeles has them Friday-Sat-Sun (and calls them rum bars) and Bea's Bakery in Tarzana has them (and calls them Cleveland bars). Fred's on Robertson in Los Angeles used to make them; you'd probably have to order them specially nowadays. If there's a Jewish bakery in OC, they might have them too.
