Take the exam and pass it properly and stop putting the safety of other divers at risk.
It is not ethical or recommended to download answers to the PADI Divemaster exam. Studying and preparing for the exam will help you become a knowledgeable and competent divemaster, which is essential for your safety and the safety of others in the water. It is best to study the materials provided by PADI and take the exam honestly.
You can get a PADI certification at any PADI dive shop. The best thing to do is to contact a dive shop in your area and ask about their scuba certifications. If they do not offer PADI certification, they will likely know who in your area does. To find a local PADI dive center, just go to PADI.com and click on Start Diving, which will take you to the shop locater.
Discover Local Diving just requires a open water or junior open water certification, by PADI standards the minimum age for these ratings is 10 years old, accompanied by a parent or PADI professional, 12 with just another adult, and 14 with any dive buddy, though anyone who can conduct a PADI discover local diving program qualifies as a PADI professional (at least divemaster)
As far as with PADI, there are minimum age age limit of 18 to become a PADI Professional (Divemaster or higher). Upper limits? None, as long as you are in good enough health to pass a medical examination. Other agencies, I'm not sure and other diving professions I'm not sure, sorry!
Non-professional certifications do not (ie. anything up to Rescue Diver, plus the Specialties). However, professional ratings (Divemaster, Instructor) will lapse if you don't keep up paying annual membership dues.
The answers to the Padi advanced open water driver manual chapters are not provided online. The individual who is studying this will need to read through the manual and discover the answers in order to best prepare for the driving test.
