You can catch Phanpy in the Safari Zone. They're actually quite common if u no where 2 look. You will need an ACR0 bike, not a mach bike. Find the white trail held up by metal poles. go up the steps 2 the grass area at the beginning part of the trail. Get on ur bike and ride across. the trail is broken into 3 sections. to get across u have to bunny hop. to do this, press a direction button (in this u use up) and B at the same time, Once ur past, find some gras and run around. You will find phanpy easily
