If you're talking about Poke'mon White, basically you have to beat the game first and go to Nimbasa City. At Nimbasa, go to the big stadium and small court and fight the trainers. After you beat them all just wait till tomorrow and fight more. Some will give you items. But becareful because their Poke'mon are over lvl 60!
