Well go to the path to snow point city about in the middle of the path to snow point go right and there will be a house dont go in yet but there will be some items one of them will be the HM rock climb (get all of them) once you get the HM go into the house and talk to the guy and he will see you have the HM and he will give you an icicle plate!(he will not take the HM away.)
On the way to Snowpoint City, there is an item in a poke ball behind some cabin

Roggenrola - Roggenrola can be found early-on in the Wellspring cave. It has a 50% chance of showing up when you walk around.
Dwebble - Dwebble is a bug/rock Pokemon. You have a 30% chance of finding it on Route 18 and a 10% chance of finding it in the Desert Resort.
Tirtouga - Tirtouga is a water/rock Pokemon. It can be revived from the Plume Fossil you get in the Relic Castle inside of the Desert Resort.
Archen - Archen is a flying/rock Pokemon. It can be revived from the Cover Fossil you can choose.
