Kettner is an old Cologne company with a shop in Klein Glochen Strasse selling all types of sports gear including firearms and shotguns.
They don't manufacture guns but pre-war many of the weapons they sold
were manufactured in Suhl which was post-war in East Germany.
If you are trying to search for historical information of dates of munufacture
then unfortunately most of their records were destroyed the result of bombing raids in the last world war. Until recent years the original shop was situated in the main shopping street of Colgne (Koln). The High street.
Probably between $800-$2000 depending on condition and the grade of the gun.
Go to www.doublegunshop.com to the bulletin board and post some pics. Kettner was a well repected maker and the gun could be worth a fair amount of money.
Not with just those markings. Provide a detailed description of all markings and maybe.
