by getting out a ruler and measuring the matter of your choosing.
hope i could help. :)
Actually, matter is measured in grams-for mass. And liters-for volume. So, matter is measured in grams and volume because it is made of mass and volume...
GET IT?!?!
Matter is anything that occupies space. We can measure matter 2 ways.
Method 1 : How much SPACE does the matter occupy. Measure its VOLUME in cubic centimetre by using a length measuring instrument . If it is an odd shape such as a stone, then put it in a FULL container of water, collect the amount of overflow of the water, and measure the 'overflow' in a liquid measure. If is 'spills out' say 80 ml, then it occupies a Volume of 80 cubic centimetre. (1 milli-litre is a cubic centimetre.)
METHOD 2 : Measure the WEIGHT of the matter. Weight is the name we give to the action of Gravity pulling matter downwards toward the earth. All matter has what scientists call 'mass'. Weight is created when gravity acts upon mass. Weight is measured by using weighing scales or an instrument called a 'Beam Balance'.
if you can see it, feel it, taste it, or smell it, it's matter. matter is all around us.
miligrams(mg), grams(g), centigrams(cg), decigrams(dg), kilograms(kg)...
Matter is everywhere, though it might not include the air.
Depends on what you want to measure- size, volume, weight, hardness or temperature.
Metric and imperial
Weighing on an adequate balance.
Matter
As a matter of fact, anthills are indicators of groundwater. There is a very high possibility that you will find underground water in places where you will find anthills.
Matter is defined as anything that has mass and volume. Mass is the amount of matter in an object. Volume is the amount of space an object takes up.
Matter occupies space and has mass.
matter
Everything is made out of matter so everything in your classroom is matter.
If there is a 'something' there, then trust me, there is matter in it.
no you will always get cought no matter what they want you they will find you no you will always get cought no matter what they want you they will find you
find it everywhere
there are different characteristics in matter , but i cannot find it ..! :-{
No it does not matter.
Matter
You can find gas as matter in the AIR, WATER, TREES, COAL, WOOD.
Weigh the piece of matter using a mass balance.
not to sure about matter but ill give it a try
the brain
The part of the body where you would find grey matter is in the brain. Grey matter is responsible for muscle control and sensory perception such as sight, hearing and speech.
