http:/www.deere.com/en_US/homeowners/services_support/index.html That is the web address for John Deere support and manuals. Let me explain that I too have been looking for how to route the belt on my 48" 425 mowing deck. It flew off and I bought a new one. I think I know how it goes, but I would like the manual. Come to find out this model riding mower has a separate manual for the mowing deck. Some things at deere.com tech manuals are free, but a lot are $25 or $30, 6 bucks shipping plus tax. I ordered one, cost total $33. I haven't received it yet so I'm looking around on the internet for a diagram just like you probably were. I found your question - I thought I was finding an answer! By the way, the folks at J Deere.com (contact phone numbers on the website) are very nice and helpful. I would be nice if you could find one for free though. I did check ebay, but they didn't have it.
