How do you get smoochum on Pokemon HeartGold?

Smoochum (psychic, ice) can onle be found when is swarms. Every day talk to Dawn's sister (In the big house in Sandgem) and she will tell you what Pokemon is swarming that day, eventually it will be Smoochum. Smoochum swarms in the long grass north of the lake near Snowpoint. Catch other Pokemon she tells you are swarming as they are usually rare.

use a female and a male jynx and put them both to the day care, then wait mayby 2-3 days then you can see as the old man is standing in front of the house in the backyard, talk to him and he will give you the egg.

PS. to get baby pokemons more esaely you should catch a ditto, it has no sex, so you only have to capture 1 Pokemon to get the babys. hop i helped :D

you can find jinx in ice path and if you have ditto you can give jinx and ditto to the day care together and they will make an egg. in the egg will be smoochum. Or if you have wifi you can get one off a trade.

First get jynx. You can get one by trading a poliwhirl for one in cerulean city. Next go to the daycare center on 4 island. put jynx in the daycare with a ditto. Come back later and talk to the man outside the daycare. He will give you a smoochum egg.
