Well if u want to see chikorita and its evolutions, u have to pick tododile as ur starter and then whenever u verse ur rival (that kid with the red hair ) he would have chikorita and all of its evolutions .
Heart gold and soul silver are the same with pokemon......but heres Chilorita's forms....
1.Chikorita
2.bayleef
3.meganium
chikorita evolves into bayleef at level.16
bayleef evolves into meganium at level 32
You can't find a chikorita unless you use a cheat.. (which isn't cool)
The only way to get him/her is at the lab when you choose your first pokemon.

You can't. Unless you have another DS/DSi, and you have the other game. Because your rival will choice your weakness in what ever you chose so no matter what with out a second game you will not fully complete Pokédex.
cyndaquil p.s. Pikachu is NOT a starter. chikorita is.
Eiether one. But i pick chikorita is the best sure it has a disadvantage on the first gyms. When I picked a chikorita i leveled alot so it beat the first gym. Totodile is good to it has alot of power and no disadvantages on the first and second gym and the third gym. Cyndaquil is also good because it it has a advantage on the second gym. It doesn't matter which one you chose. As long as your happy on what you got as your starter.
Pick him as your starter
Pick it as your starter Pokemon at the beginning of your game.
Entei doesn't have a specific location, but they are roaming around Kanto after you beat the E4, get the National Dex, and give the Ruby and the Sapphire to Celio. The legendary dog that runs around Kanto is based on the starter that you pick. When you pick Charmander as your starter, Suicune roams around Kanto. When you pick Squirtle as your starter, Raikou roams around Kanto. When you pick Bulbasaur as your starter, Entei roams around Kanto.
Your rival will have Chikorita if you pick Totodile as your starter pokemon.
cyndaquil p.s. Pikachu is NOT a starter. chikorita is.
Most of the time chikorita is a male, having a 7/8 chance of being a male when you pick it as your first pokemon. This is also the case with all the other starter pokemon.
In my opinion, I think that it's Totodile because when he evolves, he can learn ice fang, which is super effective against Chikorita. I did pick Totodile as my starter, but Chikorita doesn't have very good anything, and Typhlosion would get owned by Feraligatr any day.
you need to pick bulbasaur as your starter then find it randomly in the wild. to get raikou you need to pick squirtle as your starter and to get suicune you need to pick charmander as your starter. i will be getting suicune hence i picked charmander if you didnt pick bulbasaur your S.O.L. XD
you awnser the questions with the right awnsers the gender you pick at the end might help but if your still haveing trouble go to a walkthrough
U cant get it if u didnt pick it for ur starter...Sorry...:(
Have Pokemon around level 40 or 50. I beat the elite four in hg with Ho-oh, Aphoros, Graveler, Haunter, Quarsire, and Meganium. If you did not pick chikorita for your starter, or not have a chikorita, find a grass type and evolve it all the way.
the one in the begining is it.if you didnt pick the one you want go to the trading station or trade with a friend.
all you do is get the national dex, talk to professor oak and he will let you pick one of the three johto starter pokemon. get every Pokemon in the national pokedex and show prof. oak. then you can pick between it, cindaquill, and todadile.
In my soulsilver Pokemon game my choice like in diamond is a water type. I name it after the greek god Posiedon. If I did pick a cyndaquil I would name it something like ember or charcoal. I would name a chikorita sprout or life or nature.
You beat the 100th battler in mt battle! You will receive pokecoupons and now you can go back to area 10 and battle him again. If you tried the johto starter thing hopefully your lucky to defeat the 100th battler cause not only do you receive pokecoupons but you also can pick a johto starter: Chikorita, Totodile, Cyndaquil.
