Norman Rockwell prints can be purchased from art stores and online specialist retail outlets. Rockwell was a much loved American artist, painter and illustrator renowned for his depictions of everyday American life and culture. His major works include "The Four Freedoms".
If these are Franklin Mint or equivalent sorts of collections, you very likely can't, or at least not for anything like what you paid for them.
You could try eBay, but if they are not Franklin Mint "collectibles" I would first take the time to have them properly appraised.
I have about 20 plates rockwell with the
certicate of authenticity who do i contact

If you want to obtain a complete listing of Norman Rockwell Plates, the best thing to do would be to check out their official website, Rockwell Plates.
A Norman Rockwell print of The Collector may not have much value, as there are thousands of prints of this work in circulation. Value will depend on the size and condition of the print, but most likely it is worth between $3 and $50.
i have a water color painting of dick and Jane done by Norman rockwell. How much would this sell for?
I have plates in their original boxes and certificates, they were left to me by my mother - I cn not use them and would like to find their worth and possibly sell them. Where can I find their worth?
Depending on condition and market saturation, both Norman Rockwell plates, "Young Girl's Dream" and "A Couple's Commitment," would be expected to sell for approximately $15 each. The market can be quite fickle for such collectibles, though, and both can be found for sale online, in the same general good condition, for as little as $4.99 or as much as $39.99, each.
I've seen these sell at auction for $10-20 each.

If you have seen an antique shop, stop there and ask? GOOD LUCK!! ;]
I've seen the king and I collectors plates sell as high as $400 U.S and as low as $25 U.S. It really depends on what model plate you have. The originals were made in the mid 80's, they sell around $150-$400. The plates that were made in the 90's, sell for $25-$60.
these almost always sell for less than $10 -- not including shipping
Selling them to a private collector will get you the most money. The quickest route would be to put them on an auction website.
