Elvis Presley's first performance was when he was 10 years old.

He performed at the Mississippi-Alabama Fair and Dairy Show on October 3rd 1945.

He was dressed as a cowboy, and sang the song "Old Shep".

He got fifth place in the contest.

I can't say for sure but I had a chance to see him perform in Louisville, Ky. in 1977 but I didn't go. He died shortly after that but I'm not sure if it was his last show on stage but it had to be close.
