When I was a little girl, My grandfather Frank Lung a horse trader sold Gene a black horse by the name Blackie, I named it Midnight, and as far as I remember he named it Topper. Champion came after. I have a picture of the horse, and a photo of Gene and his wife when he came to get Midnight.
