What happens in sonic and the black knight?

The story of Sonic and the Black Knight starts when King Arthur in the story of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table is bewitched by the power of Excalibur's scabbard and becomes the Black Knight. Then Merlina, the wizard Merlin's granddaughter, summons our blue hero to the storybook world to save the kingdom Camelot from the Black Knight. Before being summoned, Sonic was waiting for a date with Amy, who will be really angry if Sonic left her. After meeting Merlina, Merlina tells Sonic about the problem with King Arthur and his fabled kingdom Camelot. Then she tells him about Nimue, The Lady of the Lake and the sacred sword Caliburn. Then Sonic runs to go get the sword Caliburn, and pull it out of the stone. After pulling Caliburn out, Sonic finds out that the sword has a mind of its own. Then King Arthur comes to fight Sonic, then Sonic almost defeats him, but the Black Knight cannot be defeated as long as he has the scabbard. King Arthur then insults Sonic, and runs off with his horse. The sword Caliburn tells Sonic that he agrees with King Arthur, then Sonic calls him a "Sad excuse for a teacher."Sonic also finds out that the scabbard's former owner is The Lady of the Lake and he runs off with Caliburn to meet her. But Caliburn says that his "edge has grown blunt" and has to be "presentable" before meeting Nimue. So they head off to the blacksmith but Merlina gets distracted by a wilting flower and wonders why flowers bloom, knowing that they are destined to wither. She then tells Sonic and Caliburn to go on without her because she will be recognized in town. So Sonic says "So long for now." and heads for the blacksmith. Once they're there, Sonic notices that the blacksmith looks an awful lot like his buddy Tails, then asks him if he can sharpen Caliburn. The blacksmith says he can and in no time, he's finished. Then they're on their way to Nimue but meet trouble on the way. Sonic encounters Lancelot, a knight of the round table that greatly resembles Shadow the Hedgehog, and fights him. After defeating him, they finally meet the Lady of the Lake, who looks so much like Amy Rose, that Sonic almost made a run for it. Then Nimue gives Sonic and Caliburn three tests, and they're ready to do them. So they run off. On their way, they find a crying girl who tells them that a dragon took her "mommy, daddy, and everybody away. WAAAAAAAAAAHHH!" So Sonic slays the dragon and meets Gawain, who has a striking resembelence with Knuckles. Sonic defeats him and meets Percival, who looks exactly like Blaze the Cat. Sonic struggles to defeat her but after finding a way to defeat her, she thinks of herself as a disgrace and purposely falls into lava, but Sonic saves her and Caliburn calls Sonic a true knight. Sonic is finally called Sir Sonic for being caring. Then Sonic battles King Arthur once more and finally defeats him. Then Sonic becomes the king, and that's the end of the True Knight's Story.

What was the name of King Arthur's sword?

The sword was named Kaletvwlch in medieval Welsh texts (usually modernized as Caledfwlch in modern versions of those texts). In medieval French tales the sword is named Caliburn, later fancied up to Escalibor. Sir Thomas Malory in his Le Morte d'Arthur rendered the name as Excalibur.Because Malory's work was so popular in English, that form of the name is the one which later English authors mostly use. It is also used in some English translations of medieval works where the name is found differently in the source language. Some medieval romances give other minor variations in spelling.According to Geoffrey of Monmouth's Historia Regum Britianniae (the earliest surviving biography of Arthur) the sword Caliburn had been forged in the Island of Avalon but this account tells nothing of how Arthur obtained it. According to the medieval, so-called Vulgate Merlin account, Caliburn was identical to the nameless sword which Arthur pulled from the sword and so became king. According to the medieval, so-called Post-Vulgate Merlin Arthur was given Caliburn after he became king by a lake fay and it is unrelated to the sword in the stone.A version of the Post-Vulgate Merlin occurs in a manuscript named Cambridge Add. 7071 in which material from the Vulgate Merlin is also included and which according identifies Escalibor with the sword in the stone, but later in contradiction identifies it with the sword given to Arthur by the lake fay. Sir Thomas Malory derived the earliest section of his Le Morte d'Arthur from a similar combined account and so gives both contradictory origins for Excalibur with no attempt at an explanation.Excalibur

What is the name of the magic sword that king Arthur pulled out of the rock?

His sources name the sword as Escalibor.Earlier sources name it Caliburn. The sword was named Kaletvwlch in medieval Welsh texts (usually modernized as Caledfwlch in modern versions of those texts). How do you KILL the black knight in the game sonic and the black knight?

You don't, at least not until the very end. You have to kill the 3 Knights of the Round Table. By the time you figure this out you should have already killed 2 knights and all there is left is the one that looks like Amy. Defeat her, visit the Lady of the Lake. She'll combine the three swords you'll get with Caliburn and you will be able to destroy immortality. Awsome isn't it, lol.
