Well first many of the towns people would pee in a large bucket, then strain it through a cheese cloth, then they would pour tons of a rare cocoa bean that had been imported from distant lands in the strained urine. Only the bravest would drink this, and they died for it cause it gave them all terrible stomach fungus. Answer your question?

they got strong sticks and started to dig out a hole and surprisingly the water was clean but if we were to dig out water now it would be all mucky!!!!!!!!
