Sugar glider feces are typically pellets, not too dry though (though they do dry out quickly). They're solid, and yes, a bit like hamster or mouse droppings. The color is typically black to dark brown, however with different diets the coloring may be different.

It really depends on how much they eat. Mine goes about 3-4 times a day. They usuall will go right after they have woken up, so you can kind of predict it and be prepared with a tissue.

If they're not used to your smell yes. And if it's a male they will especially leave their scent on you or pee. It's just so they can establish you as "theirs"

They usually just poop wherever. You should have a cage with a bottom floor that you can pull out and put one of those lay-out peeing pads for dogs. I forgot what they were called.
