∙ 12y agoYou can't catch Dragonite in Pokemon silver but you can catch a dratini. You can find dratini behind Blackthorn gym in the cave.

∙ 13y agoThe easiest place is in the Dragon Den. Dratini can only be found with a Super Rod, however. Any other rod will only result in Magikarp and Tenticool.
