∙ 12y agoThere are a few ways in which to obtain a Milotic in Pokemon Black and White, they are:
- Evolve from Feebas by level-up when Feebas's Beauty condition is high in Gen 3/Gen 4 and Poketransfer it forward to Black/White.
- Trade a Feebas that is holding a Prism Scale.
- Search around Route 1's water and use a Super Rod (Feebas has a 5% chance of being hooked, at levels 35-55)
- Search around Route 1's water for Rippling Water and fish facing it using a Super Rod (Feebas has a 60% chance of being hooked, at levels 35-60/Milotic has a 5% chance at being hooked, at levels 45-70)
