Where do you find a milotic in Pokemon Ruby?

you can't! you have to catch a feebas first. I don't own the actual game Pokemon diamond, but i did make the game. I'm Aaron of the elite 4. with the bug Pokemon and I work in gamefreak. OH YEAHyou could catch it with a cheating device

Catch a Feebas at the top of Mt. Coronet (It is ultra rare). Feed it high level dry poffins to max out feebas's beauty. Then once it is max, level up feebas. Congratulations, you now have a Milotic! Hope everyone found that helpful, written by Lushbob

okay. i know what you have to do.

1. catch a feebas (migrate from ruby, sapphire, emerald) or catch it at the top of Mt Coronet in the water parts. As mentioned above, it's hard to find, so I would personally migrate.
2. find a pamtre berry in the hearthome city amity square. walk 200 steps and check your Pokemon to find out if it has a berry. (pamtree berrys are the highest quality for dry berries)
3. feed the poffins to feebas- about 10-12 (feebas HAS to be a girl, i think :S :L)
4. Train it up and it will evolve!

You don't catch Milotic, you catch Feebas and then evolve it.

You need: HM 03(surf), Super Rod and some Ultra Balls or a Master Ball =)

You can only find Feebas in Route 119.

And you can get him with ANY Rod, in the water in Route 119.

(I am so sorry. I wrote only Super Rod, and that was wrong. Because on psypokes.com they say only Super Rod. And on serebii.net they say any rod)

But the problem is, you can only get Feebas in 6 of the 400 titles/spots on the water. And the 6 titles/spots are different from game to game. But when you find a Feebas, you can find him again on the same title/spot you found it before.

So you have to be very very patient.

I fished for days, before I found my first Feebas.

Super Rod:

You can get it in the house next to "Mossdeep Space Center" in Mossdeep City.

To get Milotic:

First you have to beat the Elite Four.

Then go to "Berry Master's House" in Route 123.

Talk to the Berry master's wife.

Tell her "Challenge Contest", and she will give you Pamtre Berry.

Plant the Pamtre Berry, until you have about 5 of them.

(It takes 3 days to grow)

Then go and Berry Blend with the berries. Give the Pokeblocks to Feebas, so it gets max beauty. Give Feebas one level and it will evolve to Milotic.

you can get Milotic by catching Feebas, feeding it loads of beauty pokeblocks and level it up a bit. it should evolve into Milotic.

to make things easier, a pamtre pokeblock would do the trick

Okay, to start with, Milotic cannot be found in the wild. To get it, you have to evolve it from Feebas, an ugly, blue and brown fish-thing. To catch it, start by getting the Old Rod from the fisher in Dewford Town. This is the only rod you can catch Feebas with. ....

Now, Feebas is a pretty interesting Pokemon. Every day, it can only be found by fishing in one of four specific spaces, the locations of which change every day. The good news is that all four spaces are always on the same route. The bad news is that the route they are all on is none other than Route 119. That's right, the one next to Foretree City with the huge river. It will take you a while, but don't get discouraged! I recommend you grab a bunch of Repels (Super Repels give you the most distance per dollar). The Feebas will be between levels 15 and 20, so bring Pokemon that won't kill them in one hit. ......

After you catch one, get ready to make some pokeblocks! The only way to evolve the ugly Feebas into the lavish Milotic is to have Feebas grow a level with an extremely high beauty condition. I recommend that you use Bluk, Cornn, or Kelpsey berries in your Pokeblocks. Feebas with Mild, Modest, Quiet or Rash natures will work best, but ones that are Adamant, Careful, Impish, or Jolly will give you a lot of trouble. Now, how can you tell if your dinky little fish is voluptuous enough to evolve? Show it to the Pokemon Fan Club Chairman in Slateport City. If he feels it is beautiful enough to deserve the Blue Scarf, then it's time to level up your pulchritudinous bottom-feeder! .......So there you have it. Hope that helped! =)

On route 119 to fortree city the game will randomly select 6 squares near the water from wich you can catch wild feebas. Evolving one is the only way to get a milotic.
