The moss rock is in the pinwheel forest (just outside of Narcene city) Then don't take the easy pass going completely straight instead go left and you will find a side path then a little bit in you will find the moss rock where you can evolve Eevee into Leafeon. Hope this helpped.
Note: If you are playing black or white in a different language just look for the 2nd gym leader city

∙ 12y agoThe Moss Rock isn't in HeartGold or SoulSilver. You have to trade an Eevee to Diamond, Pearl, or Platinum, then evolve it in those games.

∙ 11y agoThere is no mossy rock, or icey rock for that matter in the Johto remakes. You must trade the eevee over to the sinnoh games to make the trade.

∙ 11y agoThe Mossy Rock (and the Icy Rock) Aren't in SoulSilver or HeartGold. They are only in D/P/Pt and B/W. The only possible way to get Leafeon or Glaceon in HG/SS would be to trade from D/P/Pt.
