You can't catch Regice, Regirock, or Registeel in Pokemon Diamond. You have to migrate them from Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald. However, you can catch Regigigas at Snowpoint Temple. Be careful! It appears at Lv. 1!

I'm positive you can't get any regi Pokemon in this game (of course if you trade it to your game ) but I've beaten the game and there's no sign of any Regis'.
actually u can catch regiice ine cerulean cave where u also catch mewtwo

∙ 12y agoRegice isn't available in the Sinnoh region. If you had the Regigigas event for Pokemon Platinum then you can find it. You can find it at Iceberg Ruins in northern part of Mt. Coronet.
