Where do you find shuckle on Pokemon Ruby?

You can't find Shuckle in Ruby, neither Sapphire. The only game, where you can find it, is Emerald. If you have Emerald, then go to the Safari Zone. Remember, that you have to beat the Elite Four first. Then you can go to that place, what is called "Off-Limits" or something. It is in North from the start in the Safari Zone. Actually in northwest. You know the place. ^^' Well, then, you need a Pokémon with a move, Rock Smash.
