There is a website called Freelang, which allows you to translate from Samoan to English, and from English to Samoan. It also offers definitions of the words, which can be useful.
The Urban Dictionary, a slang dictionary basically made of contributions to their site (http://www.urbandictionary.com) DOES give you that translation. Somebody in a Samoan chatroom explained the meaning of the word "umaga" to me: it means the testicles of a monkey. Also, in the traditional process of Samoan tattooing, the final part is called Umaga, which means "the end". Edward Umar Fatu (b.1973), a Samoan professional wrestler, is addressed as "Umaga" in the rings these days. Hope this helps.
