Where do you get a masterball in Pokemon sapphire?

There is a Master Ball in Team Aqua's hideout just east of Lilycove city. Inside, you must use a series of teleports to get an area with 4 item balls. The top left will contain the masterball. The top right and the bottom right are wild pokemon. You get a master ball from aqua hideout and you can win one from the lottory in Lilycove Department store on the first floor along with a few other things
IN the Aqua hideout near Lilycove ,go on some warp pads and you will be in the team leader room there are four pokeballs and one is a carbos two of them are voltorbs and the last one is the master ball

In Pokemon FireRed, the Masterball is obtained by defeating Giovani and the Rockets in th Silph Co. building in Saffron City. (Once Giovani is defeated, the president of Silph Co. rewards you with the Masterball)

Once you get to Lillycove city travel to the right (--->) until you reach the ocean. Use surf and keep going up until you see an open cave. The first time Team Aqua guards will stop you. Deal with them at Mt. Pyre and then go back to the cave. There will be a bunch of teleporters and Team Aqua guards. Once you step on the right teleportes you will go to a room with a desk, a chair, and 4 pokeballs. 3 of them are pokeballs and 1 of them is the master ball. PS: I concider using the master ball on Latias or Rayquaza. It is very rare to see Latias and when you do it run away fter your first move so make it a masterball move. Rayquaza is just way too powerful to waste time trying to catch with an ultraball so a master ball will be good for that too. This was long so thanks for reading!

this is a really long way to get more than one masterball

• have 2 Pokemon games (one of them should have access to a masterball some time in the game)
• give a masterball to a Pokemon you want to send to the other game
• send the Pokemon that's holding the masterball to the other game
• so you should have one game with a masterball and a game without one
• restart the game that doesn't have the masterball
• get up to when you get a masterball and trade again so you have 2 masterballs etc.

sometime in the game Professor Elm calls you and says he made the ultimate creation. Go to his lab in New Bark Town and he gives you the master ball. Don't use it until you get to Cerulean cave in Kanto and then you can catch Mewtwo.

Go to Jublife City, then go to Jublife TV. There's the lottery corner. Get all the numbers of the lottery ticket right(which barely happens) and you get the rare Master Ball.
