If you haven't got one since you started Emerald, you need to go to Meteor Cave to meet Team Magma. There, you will need to go towards the middle, where you see Team Magma talking a professor. When Team Magma leaves, talk to the professor. After that, get out of the cave and head back to Falarbor Town, then to route 113 and 111. As you cannot go through the desert, you need to go though fiery path that is to the left. Walk all the way through and you find yourself on route 112. Go up the cable car at the top right side (was blocked when you have not met with the professor) and up there, you will fight team magma. If you want to get to the meteor fast, go left, then up, before turning right back. There, you will fight maxie (can't remember if it is since it has been a year or so but whatever it is the person is the strongest among the people there). When you win, press A at the machine. It will say that there is a meteorite inside it and ask you whether if you want to take it.

∙ 13y agoAfter team aqua steals the meteor and you defeat them on Mt. Chimney (the one where you have to take a cable car to get up to), simply take the meteor out of the machine that they were trying to use.
