∙ 11y agoGo to the town with the space station and the twins that are the gym leaders and go up to the space station, beat team magma, and go to the dudes house. It's somewhere in the town. I think it's near the gym and he'll give u the hm.

in Pokemon emerald there are dark spots in the water that allow you to dive under water. they are mainly found around mossdeep and lilycove town. try it out
