∙ 12y agoWell you get it by upgrading your PokeGear by going to Lavender Town and go inside the radio tower. Talk to everybody inside of that place, and a man should upgrade it. Then, go back to where snorlax is sleeping, and go to the radio. Click on the first Thingy and take your styles or your finger and move it around on the top of the big circle. Keep trying and you should find the right spot. Then, walk up to snorlax and talk to it. You should battle it. Try your best to capture it, because it has a move that makes it so that the Pokemon cant run away. It should help you when your battling Rikou or Entie. Good luck and he is on level 50. Just use quick balls, or ultra balls. Hope this helped!

∙ 13y agoYou have to have defeated team rocket in lavender town and if there isn't any team rocket just talk to the man with the brown hat and suit and he will give you an upgrade to your pokegear in the music part. You have to be in Kanto to make it work. Then go to the top part of the music circle in your pokegear it will play poke flute music.
