Both of the previous answers were incorrect. There is an old man in blackthorn city where you can trade him a rage candy for a poke radar. A poke radar will show you the location of rare Pokemon such as Entei and Latios.

∙ 13y agoAll you can do with the RageCandyBar in Pokémon SoulSilver is either not buy it or buy it and exchange it with a guy in the Underground Path between Routes 5 and 6, in exchange for you giving him the RageCandyBar, he'll give you the Explosion TM.

∙ 13y agoThe rage candy bar can be fed to a Pokemon for some HP, but there is no real use for it. The rage candy bar is very over-priced, and a potion at the Mart does much more than a rage candy bar will do.
