Where is the Silph scope in Pokemon ash gray?

You must battle Team Rocket at the Silph Co. When you reach the top floor after a few mind-racking situations you must battle the Team Rock Leader. Once you win you will get the Silph Scope and a Master Ball.

There is a cheat to get more than one master ball. It is suggested you ask around about it if you think you'll accidently waste it on the wrong Pokemon.
battle your way through team rocket in the Silph.co building (Saffron City) until you eventually make it to the 11th (top) floor. after defeating Giovanni and rescuing the old man you will get the silph scope and a master ball

You get the Silph scope in the Rocket Game Corner building in Celadon City (its a casino-like building).

There is a guy next to the counter staring at a poster on the wall. Talk to him, battle him, and he will go away. There is a hidden switch behind the poster, flip it to reveal a secret staricase just to the right of where you are standing. You can find the Silph Scope in there, once you have it you will be able to identify the ghosts :)

To get the sliph scop on fire red, go to the casino and go up to the team rocket guy in front of the poster. after you defeat him look at the poster and a staircase will apear to your right. Go down there and you may have to battle quite a few people (good lvl 40+ should do) and eventually ull find the boss. battle him and when you win, he'll give you the sliph scope. hope this helps

Silph Scope can be found in Team Rocket's Celadon Base. To get there enter the Game Corner and approach the rocket in the top right corner, talk to him and you battle. After this battle you will be given the option to press a switch on the poster, press Yes and stairs will appear. Head through this base (picking up items as you go alone) and eventually you will come across Giovanni defeat his Kangaskhan, Rhyhorn and Onix.

When going through make sure to pick up the TMs for Fustration, Snatch, and Taunt.
