In Area 3 the secret entrance, to reach the secret entrance go to Area 2 and keep going until you find water go north from there and keep following the path eventually you should reach Area 3 but you should be on the other side of the Area which is where the gold teeth are look around the item should be nearby. Also the secret house is directly left from you inside talk to the guy to get Surf.
