Where is the Rear window washer fluid supply on a Malibu maxx?

Same bottle as the front, as far as I know. It hasn't run out in 4 years, anyway!

How do you unclog the rear window washer sprayer on a Honda Pilot?

With a small standard screwdriver CAREFULLY pry out the nozzle, then disconnect the hose from the nozzle. Blow compressed air back through the nozzle from the spray end towards the hose end. DO NOT attempt to use a pin or small wire! While the nozzle is off the car activate the rear washer switch and make sure the hoseline is clear and pumping fluid. If not - your trouble probably lies with the washer pump itself. Hondas have two stage pumps but both run off the same pump motor. Even if the pump motor runs, if nothing comes out the rear hose, the rear pump mechanism has failed. I had this happen to me on my CR-V, and it requires the replacement of the entire pump assembly.

Why would my 1999 Forester rear window washer motor run does not spray water?

First, check the front/rear wiper reservoir under the hood. Next, check that the front sprayers are working. If all the above is working/okay, check the rear hose fittings inside the rear door and the rear nozzle. I would suspect the rear hose linkage to the under hood (front) reservoir/pump is clogged/broken. Operating the washers in near-freezing temperatures can cause the nozzle to freeze, but the pump under the hood to continue an attempt at spraying despite a frozen rear nozzle.

Where is the rear washer fluid reservoir located on a 1998 Chevy venture van?

Hi, The washer fluid tank for the front and rear of these vans is the same unit. The only difference is that there are two different pumps that are located at different level on the reservoir. The pump for the rear window is mounted higher than the front pump, so that would appear to run out first. If you fill the reservoir completely and you still do not get anything from the rear washer, then you have another issue to find. Either there is a problem with the pump (wiring, switch, power), or the tubing going to the back of the van. I would much rather have a pump problem than a hose problem! Good Luck, Greg A.

How can I unclog my laundry washer?

To unclog the laundry washer first check the lint screen located under the agitator. The check all hose connections. Be sure that the hose is allowing gravity to control the run off.

Does a volkswagen golf have a rear washer fluid tank?

If I'm correct, the front and rear should run off the same tank.

How do you refill 2002 VW Passat wagon rear washer fluid tank?

There is no separate reservoir for the rear fluid on an 02 Passat Wagon. There are a couple reasons why your washer might not be working: 1. a hose came disconnected (very common). Open the rear hatch and remove the side panel cover on the drivers side. This access panel is marked with a red triangle. Reach up into the compartment and you will find a small hose. This hose delivers the fluid from the front reservoir to the rear washer. An elbow in the hose regularly comes disconnected, or breaks. If this has happened, you will probably see and/or smell washer fluid in this compartment. Re-connect the hose and this should fix your problem, at least for a while. 2. your nozzle is clogged. The nozzle is located at the base of the rear wiper. There is a plastic cover that can be pivoted out of the way to access the nozzle. Pivot this cover towards the wiper blade. The nozzle will pull straight out using your fingers, or (carefully) with pliers. Clean the nozzle by blowing compressed air in the normal direction of flow, or by using a fine wire to push out any contaminants. I'm not sure but there might be a small check valve (one-way valve) that might make it feel like it's clogged. Don't be too aggressive in cleaning, just try to remove any crud in the tube end of the nozzle, reinstall, and try it out.

Where do you add rear washer fluid on 1999 Chevy Venture?

Hi, The front & rear washer fluid reservoir is the same on these vans. The difference is that the pump for the rear wiper is mounted higher on the reservoir and toward the back of the engine compartment. So when the fluid starts to run low (not all the way down), the rear wiper pump will appear to "run out" first - before the front windshield. It kind of makes sense, since you are much more dependent on having vision to the front than the rear. Good Luck

How to fix '93 altima window washer not working?

If you can hear the washer motor running when try to clean you windshield then it only needs the hoses to be blow out with a air compressor. If motor does not run it may be a fuse or you need a new motor.

What is wrong if the rear window wiper in a 2001 Town and Country mini van not working but the fuse is good motor and panel switch are new and there is power to the back motor?

I'm sorry I can't give an answer, because I have the same problem. I replaced the wiper motor, but no change. Also, my rear washer stopped working when the wipers stopped. I found that if you short the leads in the back the wiper will run continuously when the ingnition is on, but the washer still doesn't work. If you find an answer, please let me know.

What would make rear defrost stop working on 02 trailblazer?

Either a break in power to the rear (i.e. fuse, relay, cut wire etc) or check the contacts on the rear window. They are prone to dislodge where they connect to the window.

Leaking water from the rear on a 1997 ford expedition?

This question is a little vague. There will be some water coming from the rear A/C unit when in use. This is normal. The rear window washer fluid lines run in the roof and will leak when used if they are worn or have come loose. I've personally had this problem with my 97. Then, of course, it could be worn weatherstripping. You didn't mention whether you were talking about an internal leak or something you see on the ground. Hope this helps.
