Did Sora and Kairi simultaneously become Heartless?

No. In Kingdom Hearts only Sora became a "Heartless". However, Kairi initially lost her heart on Destiny Islands. Instead of her heart being consumed by darkness and turned into a Heartless, her heart went into Sora's body because of their shared destiny. When Sora found Kairi's body, he released both his heart and her's. Her heart went into her body while his was Consumed by Darkness and he became a heartless. So They did not simultaneously become heartless because by Sora becoming heartless he gave Kairi's heart back to her. And when Kairi lost her heart, Sora still had his.

Why does destruction of the myelin sheath affect motor control?

The myelin sheeth helps keep signals (like electrical impulses) within the axon so that they can get to the cell body (of the neuron). This is necessary for muscles to contract (to move). If myelin is lost the signal or "electrical impulse" is less and less which has an affect on muscle function because there isn't enough signal to stimulate or "tell" the muslce to move.

What is a transponder key?

A "Transponder Key" refers to the key you use to start your car. The bulky black part of your key contains a "Transponder Chip". It is a computer chip that contains a code that is known by the computer in your car. If you were to take that chip out of the key your key would not start your car. So, how it works is as follows. When the ignition switch is turned on the computer in the car sends out an electrical impulse. This electrical impulse is picked up by the chip which sends a specific code back to the cars computer. The chip has no battery, it receives enough power from the electrical impulse to power itself long enough to send the code to the cars computer. I know this why? Because I lost the ONLY key to my ford focus and am going to be spending somewhere around 90 dollars to get it fixed. They are an expensive piece of equipment so be careful about dropping your keys and what-not. Matt
