Wine glass goes on the top right. Bread plate to the left of main setting.

Glasses to the left of me, saucers to the right Glasses go on the left and cups and saucers go on the right. Silverware should be one inch from the edge of the table. Empty wine glasses stuck in the middle with you The above is true, but it's also acceptable for an empty wine glass and water glass to be placed ahead of the plate.
leftside
For wine glass racks that go in your kitchen you could go to a high end appliance store and they should surely have exactly what you are looking for in a wine rack. You could also browse the internet for so really crafty wine glass racks.
If placed on the table the napkin always goes to the right of the plate, but also can be folded and placed inside an empty wine glass.
Napkins can either be twisted neatly and placed in a fancy wine glass or water glass or, the napkin can be folded and laid to the right of the place with the knife on top.
To use wine glass as an instrument, you firste wet you thumb and secound finger a bit and then you go around the top edges of the win glass with the 2 fingers and it makes a high smooth sound. (If you are drinking wine with someone, do this when everyones quiet! they'll be amazed)

right, left, left, right, right, right, left, left.
The napkin goes to the left of the plate. It is also acceptable to twist a cloth napkin from the bottom and place it in an empty wine glass that is placed just above the plate on the table. The placement on the left is one steeped in dining tradition dating back to the early Middle Ages in Western Europe and "supposedly" allows the left hand to access the napkin to wipe one's face(back then they left them on the table...now we put them on our laps) and leaves the right hand (sorry all you left handers!)reasonably able to go for a weapon...the reason the knife is on the right!
you start at the top left, you go to the right, you go diagnal to the down left, then you go to the right, then you go diagnal to the top left.
Both:Paddle right to go left. Paddle left to go right.
