first you need a Pokemon that's close to 49 because entei is a level 50 then you can find him in the grass at the top of viridan city just keep going in and out the building and sooner or later he will show up right there in the grass just buy max repels because he will only show up not the weak Pokemon that will get on your nerves like they did me hope this helps

∙ 11y agoAfter you see the three legendary beasts in the basement of the Burned Tower in Ecruteak City, Entei, along with Raikou, will be roaming Johto. Check your Pokegear to see where they are. Every time you move to a new route, Entei and Raikou will change their location. It's a bit tricky, but once you get their routine figured out you can be prepared and one step ahead of them.

∙ 10y agoYou can find entei roaming around the Kanto after meeting it along with raikou and suicune at the burned tower in ectureak city. If you meet him in battle, after your first turn he will flee, so I recommend having a Pokemon that knows mean look
First you have to set it free from the basement of the burnt tower in Ecruteak City. It is then roaming arounding throughout the Johto region. It will show up on your map on your pokegear.
