It/they are in the exhaust manifold/pipe, before (and after) the catalytic converter. Depends on yearand engine.
On a 2006 Dodge Dakota bank 1 sensor 1 is driver side above the catalytic converter.
That is the O2 sensor behind the catalytic converter.
they should be right before and after the catalytic converter
Yes, a bad O2 sensor would cause a 2002 Dodge Dakota to stall. It would also cause bad fuel mileage and hard idling within the vehicle.
you look on another site and in the mannual
It actually screws into the middle of the cat.
It should be on the Y pipe near the out put end.
I have 2 codes, P0031 and P0141. both are o2 sensors. (2002 dodge dakota sport) and I checked my fuse box, no fuse even there for the o2 sensor. I think that is my problem. haha, but, when u open your fuse case, look inside the top, look next to where it says "o2 sensor" for "spare" that is a spare for if yours goes bad.
Just before the catalytic converter.
O2 sensor or vacuum leak
The 1994 Dodge Intrepid O2 sensor is located on the outside of the air cleaner housing. The sensor is on the back side of the housing.
It is the O2 sensor screwed into the front of the catalytic converter
