Well in the book Luce says"their house in Thunderbolt was less than a half hour from Sword&Cross".
And Thunderbolt is in Savannah,Georgia
But if im correct Sword&Cross isnt in existance so its around the thunderbolt area near water , because she does mention that when her and Daniel are at the lake that," when she stood on her toes, she could see beginnings of a tawny-colored salt marsh, one she knew gave way to the white foam of the ocean somewhere on the invisible horizon."
