The cam sensor on a 2002 Grand Caravan is located on the top of the engine. It is at the top, just below the valve cover.
The crankshaft position sensor on a 1998 3.0 dodge caravan is located on the top of the bellhousing towards the firewall.
The Crank sensor is located on the transmission housing near the top at the back of the engine.

The cam sensor is located in the distributor. It really depends on the engine size and year. Some are in the timing covers. My 97 3.3 is- also the 3.8
On the back side of where the upper radiator hose hooks to the engine.
No crank sensor, only the sensor in the distributor.
