It is located in the airplane graveyard, west of Las Venturas. Check the related links for a map of San Andreas. Look in the upper right corner of LV and then start looking west (to your left) you will see a gray bar with mini airplanes above and below the bar. This is the flight school. If you still need help finding it, it's above the Restricted area (which is that box in the middle of LV) and it is northeast of the dam in LV. You need to have unlocked Las Venturas and purchased the flight school to do the misions.

In the meantime, if you are in Los Santos and you can't wait until the end, get a car, park it next to the booth where the guard to the entrance to the LS airport, and climb onto the roof of the car. From there climb onto the booth and then over the fence, and you can use a Dodo with wings this time, and a private jet. The other way to get in is to use something like a van or an ambulance and climb onto it and then just jump the brick wall.The last way to get over the fence is to press in (its a cheat code by the way) L1,L2,R1,R2,up,down,left,right,L1L2,R1,R2,up,down,left,right.That will give you a jetpack then you can fly over. Also, left,right,l1,l2,r1,r2,r2,up,down,right,l1, for a parachute.

heres another easy way in stead of jumping the fence at the air port just use this cheat triangle,triangle,square,cirlcle,x,L1,L1,down, up, and that should give you a hydra (jet) and one u start flying it you should have ur pilot license :)

The pilot school in Verdant Meadows disused airstrip (which Toreno tells CJ to purchase) is where CJ takes his Flying School missions. Once CJ has passed all the flying lessons, he will gain his full pilot's licence and can continue with the main flying missions.

Once CJ has purchased the airstrip, he can enter the office building with the steps leading up to it, inside its a TV with a red mission circle. He will get a call from Toreno telling him that he needs to learn how to fly to continue with his missions. The flying lessons will be shown to CJ on the TV screen. Once CJ has completed and passed all the flying lessons, he will have earned his full pilot's licence.
