Take out all the junk in the glove compartment and look in back. You will see a door marked "relays". Remove the door and the fuel pump relay would be the first one on the left.
In the relay/fuse center under the hood.
That other relay should be the AC compressor relay.
1995 to 1998 S10 fuel pump relay is located in the glove compartment behind the door marked "relays". It is the first relay on the left.
There is no "reset" switch for the fuel pump on that 94 Blazer. If the fuse and relay for the pump are good, chances are the fuel pump has failed.
With a signal from the ecm it powers up the fuel pump.

The fuel injection system that resembles a "spider" came out in the 1996 S10 models. The 1995 still had the TFI (Throttle Body Injection) system. If you are looking for the fuel pump relay for the 1995 S10 series, look in the glove compartment, you will see a access door marked "relays". The fuel pump relay would be the first one on the left side.
Chevrolet does not use a resettable fuel relay (inertia switch), that's a Ford thing.
