If you are willing to withstand below freezing tempatures, 5 hours of sun and the pleasure of shoviling 3-5 feet of snow..... It's a GREAT place to live! other than that they have good lakes and schools.....

Though many people like warmer weather, cold weather is very good for you. Brown fat (good fat) is active when it is cold, vibrating to keep you warm, and by doing so it is burning yellow fat (bad fat).
Minneapolis and Saint Paul rank 11th and 12th in the 50 greenest cities list, while Florida has no cities on this list.
