Many kinds of mold. Mold is a living creature just like a flower or a tree only smaller & simpler. It is literally almost everywhere except the South Pole. It reproduces by sending its offspring out into the air where it floats till it contacts something & attaches itself & starts to grow.

Mold likes to live and grow in wet areas. It will eat whatever it is growing on!! Dark areas are where you could find it too.UMM..... so really, dark wet places are where you might find it. BTW>> also on food. ( I know this all because I had to do a science project on mold growth.)
