Not all of the scraps are found on the ground, with some being received after either solving puzzles or talking to characters

Photo 1 - Talk to Inspector Chelmey
Photo 2 - On the steps near to Gertie - The pancake lady
Photo 3 - On the ground just beyond Gertie
Photo 4 - On the rubbish tip in Litter filled Alley
Photo 5 - Further up the Alley a couple of moves up beyond Gertie.
Photo 6 - Talk to Dylan in the Alley
Photo 7 - Enter the door at far end of the Alley photo scrap is on the floor.
Photo 8 - Talk to Hopper, Northeast Alley
Photo 9 - Receive photo scrap from answering clue 112.
Photo 10 - Photo scrap on the ground where Lila is standing.
Photo 11 - Photo scrap on the ground near to the Tower and Grocers Shop.
Photo 12 - Photo scrap on the ground near to the Cabaret.

Scrap No 1 - Talk to Chelmey, you must have solved at least 50 puzzles first.
Scrap No 2 - Talk to Gertie in the Alley,
Scrap No 3, is just beyond Gertie on the ground.
Scrap No 4 - Take the left fork in the Alley, scrap is on the rubbish heap.
Scrap No 5 - is on the ground further up the Alley on the right hand fork.
Scrap No 6 - Talk to Dylan in the Alley.
Scrap No 7 - On the floor in the building at the bottom of the Alley. Scrap No 8 - Talk to Hopper.
Scrap No 9 - Talk to Duke.
Scrap No 10 - Pick up scrap from the ground - must already have visited Northeast Alley.
Scrap No 11 - Talk to Lila then walk up the street towards the left hand side scrap is on the ground.
Scrap No 12 - is on the ground in the Cabaret District.
Scrap No 13 - Continue down and talk to Niles the little Man.
Scrap No 14 - Talk to Joanie oustside the antique Shop.
Scrap No 15 - Walk past the Hotel and down towards the station and Talk to Rory.
Scrap NO 16 - Walk back towards the clocktower and turn left towards the Forest - scrap is on top of the broken gate.
