government model 70 45 cal
what model A 50 year springfield .22 cal rifle would probably refer to a springfield that is at least 50 years old. It is impossible to say more about it without knowing a model and serial.
Rifles and shotguns made prior to 1968 were not required to HAVE a serial number, and most did not. They are perfectly legal to own- I have about 2 dozen in my collection that never had a serial number.
your serial number indicates your 1911 was made by Colt in 1917
We need the model and condition, not the serial number.
Not with just the serial number.
There isnt a serial number, usually just the model number you see.
some popular brand weapons can be looked up for date of manufacture using the brand name, model and serial number. Such weapons, 45 cal. military pistols, M1 garands, springfield rifles...................................
A semi-automatic model 1903 hammerless .32 with that serial number was made in 1919.
Serial number
If your rifle is a original M-1 Garand rifle, not a recent Springfield Amory model;then your serial number indicates that your rifle was made in the year 1941.
where can i find a clip for a 22 cal springfield model 56
